BBQ & Snow?
Friday afternoon is the best time for a fair dinkum Aussie Barbeque. So it was lucky that this afternoon it was not absolutely freezing.
The 'coldies' are out but we need a little bit of additional heating.

Preparing the Cornish Gamehens (Yes, I do have this thing with dead animals and spits...)
The Cornish Gamehens (not ordinary chicken!) on the BBQ with the hickory and apple woodchips for smoking.
